Dr. Stiehl, a thought leader on learning outcomes assessment for over twenty years, was lead author on the acclaimed original series of THE OUTCOME PRIMERS. Over a period of fifteen years this original series guided colleges across the United States and Canada as they prepared for new accreditation standards for outcomes assessment. Along with a team of new co-authors and consultants at The Learning Organization, she has expanded the work beyond colleges to workplace training, including agencies, business and industry. In contrast to the work of many academics, all of the writing, speaking and workshops produced by The Learning Organization are charged with story, metaphor, and integrated learning. Dr. Stiehl lives and works in Corvallis, Oregon.
